Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollment

• Once a course is purchased, access will be provided as per the selected plan
• Users are responsible for reviewing course details and syllabus before enrolling

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Request is made within 48 hours of purchase
• The course has NOT been accessed or only minimally accessed

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

• After full access to the course has been granted
• After downloading any course materials
• If a significant portion of the course has been consumed
• For recorded courses once access is provided
• For discounted, promotional, or special offer purchases (if marked non-refundable)

4. Live Training Cancellation

• If IT BEETLE cancels a scheduled live training batch, users will be eligible for a full refund OR transfer to another batch.
• If a user cancels before the batch start date, a refund may be considered after applicable deductions.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to: info@itbeetle.com. The request must include:

• User Name
• Course purchased
• Payment details
• Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5–10 business days.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees or transaction charges incurred during the purchase may be deducted from the final refund amount.

7. Course Transfer

• Course enrollments are strictly non-transferable
• Access cannot be shared, reassigned, or resold

8. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of IT BEETLE.
